In the Federalist Papers 213 years ago,
Robert Yates warned that there was nothing in the Constitution that
would keep the Supreme Court from, sometime in the future,
reinterpreting the Constitution according to "spirit" and abolishing
states' rights.

These days, the Constitution is no restraint to our out-of-control
Supreme Court. The Court imperiously strikes down laws and imposes new
ones purely on its own arbitrary whims. There is a word for this:
tyranny.
