FAQ

  • What days will William Federer talk?

    Dr. Federer will be speaking only once on Thursday at our VIP lunch. With general admission this VIP lunch is $40 and is included in both VIP packages.

  • What is included in the VIP package and cost?

    We have two VIP packages for the Gettysburg conference. Both packages include an exclusive Gettysburg VIP tote bag, VIP T-shirt, VIP lanyard and a book of your choice.

         → The VIP Platinum package will include a VIP Lunch on Thursday that will be hosted by Dr. William “Bill” Federer. During the event, he will deliver a message while you enjoy a plated lunch of Chicken Piccata. This will be the only time Dr. Federer will speak at this conference.

    Total cost of the Platinum package is $124

         → The VIP Diamond package includes the inspiring lunch hosted by Dr. Federer, lunch on Friday, dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday.

         → VIP Lunch on Friday will feature special guests at each table, which may include speakers or SWRC Staff members. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with these distinguished guests through questions and one-on-one conversations, fostering meaningful interactions. The meal will include Meat Lasagna.

         → The VIP Gala will feature concert pianist Lonnie Shipman. Dr. Shipman has been blessed by God with a unique music talent like almost no other. For the gala, he will play his own arrangements of classic hymns as well as sharing the backstory and history of each hymn. Everyone in attendance is sure to be blessed. 

    The event will also include a plated meal of Roasted Airline Chicken.

         → The VIP Lunch on Saturday will involve a Q&A session. We will have a panel of speakers who will be ready to answer any of the questions you had during their presentations. A plated lunch of Roast Beef with Gravy will be provided during the event.

    The total cost of the Diamond package is $299

  • Will the conference be live streamed? 

    No. We will not be live streaming this conference.

  • Can I get recordings of the conference? 

    Yes. We will have both audio and video of the conference available at a later date.
