U.N. Agenda Grows Clearer

| Josh Davis

The United Nations’ September Summit of the Future revealed its Marxist means to reach its globalist goals. One of the primary efforts of this summit was to adopt a series of resolutions drafted by the U.N. and approved by member nations. The “Pact for the Future” document contains most of these resolutions.

While this information may be old news to some readers, what is contained in the “Pact for the Future” has received surprisingly little attention. The U.N., walking hand in hand with other globalist organizations like the World Economic Forum, promises a future utopia, but the cost is high. If these groups get their way, individual freedoms and liberties will be stripped away, the sovereignty of individual states and countries will be diminished and the stage will be set for a figure like the Antichrist to rule with a one-world economy and government.

While the Summit of the Future was marketed to solve world problems, diligent observers will recognize the U.N.’s real desires – a lust for power and control over the world’s governments and economy.

The U.N. continues to push full-throttle toward achieving Agenda 2030 – its 17 sustainable development goals for the year 2030. I’ve pointed out the Marxist principles in Agenda 2030 in previous Prophetic Observer articles. Consider a small summary as a foundation for this discussion on the Summit of the Future.

One Agenda 2030 goal is zero hunger worldwide. While the U.N.’s desire to reach zero hunger sounds admirable, how it seeks to reach that goal is disturbing. In its Agenda 2030 documents, the U.N. clearly stated how it hopes to reach zero hunger: “By 2030, double the agricultural productivity and incomes of small-scale food producers…through secure and equal access to land…financial services…and non-farm employment.”

Equal access to land is the erasure of private property ownership – classic Marxism. Equal access to financial resources is redistributing the wealth – classic Marxism. And how will they double the agricultural productivity by 2030 through sponsoring non-farm employment?

The Coming Global Taxation

The U.N. is having trouble finding enough funding for Agenda 2030, so it is asking nations to invest trillions of dollars in this effort. The Pact for the Future outlined how it hopes to close the financial gap using Marxist principles.

Under the pact’s action item four, the U.N. seeks to, “Promote inclusive and effective international tax cooperation, which contributes significantly to national efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals…” International tax cooperation – this phrase is dripping with one-world language. Is the world moving toward a global taxation system? This will be a component of the one-world government and economy of the biblical end times.

In the same action item, the U.N.’s Marxism was revealed further: “Explore options for international cooperation on the taxation of high-net-worth individuals in the appropriate forums.” The U.N. wants to get its hands on the money of the world’s wealthiest individuals and wants the nations to come together to help them get it.

This would be strong evidence if it were all the U.N. offered in its Pact for the Future. Sadly, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Transforming Global Governance

The fifth and final section of the Pact for the Future is titled “Transforming Global Governance.” The U.N.’s true agenda is not veiled. If people take the time to look, it is there for all the world to see.

How does the U.N. want to transform global governance? “Action 47. We will accelerate reform of the international financial architecture to address the challenges of today and tomorrow.” It seeks to transform global governance by transforming the global economic system. More Marxism!

Transforming global governance also calls for international response to “complex global shocks.” Wars and pandemics would certainly be considered global shocks. However, the problem with much of the language in Pact for the Future is its subjectivity. The powerful elites will decide what constitutes a complex global shock and seize control, which could quickly create a dangerous situation.

The U.N. is calling for a one-world response to these future shocks. “We recognize the need for a more coherent, cooperative, coordinated and multidimensional international response to complex global shocks and the central role of the United Nations in this regard. Complex global shocks are events that have severely disruptive and adverse consequences for a significant proportion of countries and the global population, and that lead to impacts across multiple sectors, requiring a multidimensional and whole-of-government, whole-of-society response.”

Recall how President Biden pledged U.S. support with the U.N.’s healthcare arm, the World Health Organization, in future pandemic responses. This is precisely what the U.N. wants, as it reaffirmed in this Pact for the Future.

Ironically, the U.N. views itself as the broker of world peace, but the day before the summit, it threatened sanctions against Israel if it did not return to its pre-1967 borders, effectively splitting Jerusalem in half.

Internet Control

Another document produced by the Summit of the Future was the “Global Digital Compact,” which discusses, in part, how to rein in the internet. The document addressed terms like misinformation, disinformation and hate speech.

The big question remains: Who decides what is and is not misinformation, disinformation and hate speech? Someone has to make that call. This is a powerful weapon to place in someone’s hand.

Could the Gospel message be eventually labeled as hate speech at the whim of those in control of the internet? Could Christian websites be shut down or access restricted if the global elites label it as spreading misinformation or hate speech?

The Growing Deception

This Summit of the Future reveals the U.N.’s ultimate goal – power. Whoever is in control gets to make the decisions. The U.N. wants to catalyze global decision-making and nations are jumping on board with their agenda.

There is a growing call for a one-world government and economy that fits right in with the demonic end-times agenda. While the U.N. promises to end world hunger, poverty and disease, it is deceptively sneaking in Marxist means as it takes power from the people and gives it to a select few global elites.

This lines up perfectly with Bible prophecy. The Bible states that the Antichrist will usher in his short-lived empire by deceiving the masses into buying his global solutions for the world’s crises. When he gains power, he will use it to control people and destroy their lives (Rev. 13; Dan. 7; and 2 Thess. 2).

“Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (2 Thess. 2:9-11).

Sadly, people worldwide are buying into deceptive lies as the solutions for today’s problems. Their rejection of God’s truth will doom them for eternity, a fate far worse than the temporary loss of income or freedoms through globalism.

Lord, open our eyes so that we might see your truth and see through the deception of our age!
